Advance Warning Arrow Board

A towable intelligent networked guidance device (referred to as the device) consists of six components: variable arrow LED lights, solar power and battery supply system, intelligent networked remote control system, active illuminated signs, lifting brackets, towing chassis, and tire devices.

The variable arrow lights are equipped with four modes (additional modes can be added as needed): right turn, left turn, bi-directional turn, and straight ahead, with an IoT communication module for remote control and manual switch control on-site if necessary. The variable arrow signal measures 29.5*65'' inches and comprises 25 circular arrays with a diameter of 4'' inches, containing high-brightness yellow LEDs, and additional red and blue strobe lights on the upper sides.

Under continuous rainy conditions, the fully charged battery can provide a minimum of 120 hours of operation for the variable arrow signals and illuminated signs. In sunny conditions, the solar panels can fully charge the battery during one day, or alternative power sources can be used for charging.

The bracket can be raised to 7.2ft or lowered to 4.6ft via handle manipulation for easy transportation and storage. The bracket includes active illuminated signs to enhance warning messages. The towing chassis of type 04 is constructed with ≥0.4'' steel plate and features vehicle-grade rubber tires to facilitate towing by engineering vehicles. The total weight of the chassis is ≥265pound, equipped with braking devices, capable of withstanding winds of ≥16 levels.

Visible up to 3300 ft on clear nights, visible and legible up to 850 feet away, with excellent wide-angle visibility and low-visibility visibility.
