LED light source board

I-ROAD Technology Company has implemented the development and manufacturing of core components, LED light sources, for higher quality panel displays of active illuminated traffic signs. Through hundreds of experiments on various aspects of LED such as color temperature, spacing, angle, light intensity, and thermal performance, the company has determined the optimal technical specifications and performance matching. To achieve this, the company has adopted international advanced chip processes, imported SMT production lines from Siemens in Germany and Samsung in South Korea, and developed a UV waterproof production line. The semi-finished LED light source board produced possesses functions for extreme outdoor environments with a lifespan of over 10 years, ultra-low power consumption, and ultra-high luminous efficiency, making it an ideal core component for active illuminated signs on panel displays. We are now willing to sell this component separately to make it easier for more active illuminated sign factories to manufacture perfect products.
